  1. Use your daily triggers to better yourself: Take note when triggered and dig deeper into the WHY. Where did this become a trigger? Did you witness it growing up? Did you feel it with a loved one before? Can you separate yourself from the trigger and respect why it was put into place, but perhaps now it's getting in the way? Journaling, working with me or a therapist can help this process if it feels too overwhelming to do it alone.

  2. Shadow Awareness: When you judge others, ask yourself why. The same goes for triggers. Where did you pick this up from? Can you separate yourself from it? Our shadows are there to help and protect us, but they can also hold us back and keep us from connecting to our growth and humanity.

  3. Using your envy as a tool for growth: When you notice yourself feeling envy towards someone. I want what they have. USE THIS AS POWER. Watch these people and investigate them; how did they get to where they are today? Become friends with them, ask them out for coffee. Everyone loves to talk about themselves and their stories. This is education at its finest!!! Use your envy as ammunition for growth!

  4. Seeking Feedback: Engage in open and honest conversations with trusted friends, mentors, or therapists. Their perspectives can provide valuable insights into aspects of yourself that may be blind spots. Be open to constructive criticism as an opportunity for growth.
