When clients ask for homework or what they can do between our sessions, I tell them to download the Nike Training App. First of all, it's FREE, and it's designed by personal trainers who know their shit. You'll see basic moves like deadbug, glute bridges, and side planks. But then you'll also be led through advanced moves that leave me breathless, like KB get-ups. Users can access personalized training plans, expert-led video sessions, and a wide range of workouts, from strength training to yoga. Insight Timer: Meditation & Mindfulness

To Be Magnetic: Journalling & Self Reflection (Inner Work)
This platform is my go-to for inner work. If you're stuck in this area, I highly recommend it. It's marketed as a 'manifestation' platform. Still, mini-courses put you through a series of journal questions for self-reflection and then mini-hypnosis that allows you to reprogram your feelings about yourself. I have been using TBM for the last four years, and it's allowed me immense growth.
